1) SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping from www.rarebond.co is secure, reliable, and hassle-free. All our products are insured during transit by a professional insurance company. Each package will arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition and tamper-proof packaging. We partner with couriers such as Sequel Logistics & BVC, and you’ll receive the shipping AWB number/Tracking number once your order is dispatched. The choice of courier will be based on their ability to service your shipping address.
  • All of our jewellery is either made to order or custom-crafted by our skilled goldsmiths. Therefore, please allow a minimum of 14 to 16 working days for your jewellery to be dispatched after we receive cleared payment. The delivery date provided on our website is an estimated date for major cities and primary locations. Deliveries to suburban areas and remote regions of India may take longer.
  • Products will be shipped after full payment is received for your order. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available on www.rarebond.co
  • We ensure that all parcels are securely boxed and wrapped with security tape before they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, we cannot guarantee the handling or any damage caused by courier companies during transit. Therefore, we strongly advise against accepting any shipments that appear damaged or tampered with, as any missing items will then be the recipient's responsibility.
  • For security purposes, we encourage you to record a video while unboxing your shipment. You can always contact Team Rare Bond for any query related to your orders.
  • We ship all orders via a trusted courier partner, and shipping is completely free throughout India.
  • Orders can only be delivered to the recipient's home or workplace. Delivery to public places like malls, hotels, or streets is not permitted.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery two more times. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the Rare Bond facility.
  • Customers must provide accurate consignee details, including the recipient's name (as per their government-issued ID), complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for smooth delivery. Upon delivery, the recipient must show one of the following ID proofs: Passport, PAN Card, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or Aadhar Card. The courier agent will verify the recipient's identity using the original ID and will record the details during this process, so cooperation is appreciated.
  • Customers can track their orders by logging into the My Account section on www.rarebond.co. Shipping details can be modified until the order is dispatched. If a customer needs to change the shipping address, they should email support@rarebond.co or contact on +918433719161
  • Product delivery is contingent upon the courier company's terms and conditions, and any inaccuracies in the recipient's details may lead to non-delivery.
  • www.rarebond.co reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the website.

2) RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • This return policy is applicable within 14 days of receiving a delivery from www.rarebond.co
  • The entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 working days* of receiving the product
  • To initiate the return on any jewellery purchased from www.rarebond.co raise the request from my order dashboard or send us an email to support@rarebond.co or contact on +918433719161
  • The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.
  • Any Promotional Gift Article must be returned with the Original Product Purchased
  • Payment of the refund amount shall be made via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 14 business/working days of receipt of the product, subjected to a quality check and verification of documents. If the mode of the payment were through online debit/credit card/net banking, the refund would be processed by reversal of the transaction.
  • Refund Amount will be transferred within 14 business days back to the source bank account.
  • Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) is not eligible for a 14-day return policy.
  • This refund is subjected to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all documents like original invoice copy, verified product certificate, etc.
  • Rare Bond retains the right to calculate the refund amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal
  • Return/Refund policy is not applicable on orders exchanged earlier under the 14-day Return/Refund policy.
  • Rare Bond retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.

3) ORDER CANCELLATION

  • In case of any dissonance, Rare Bond has the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra details of the customer to accept orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled wholly or partially or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order.
  • Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end within next 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Refund policy will remain same in terms of order cancellation, if cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • If order is cancelled with 24 hours of placing it, zero cancellation fees is applicable.
  • If order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, a flat fee of 3% order cancellation fees is applicable, and shall be charged on the Invoice amount/value as applicable.
  • Order Cancellation Fee is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

4) LIFETIME PRODUCT UPDRAGE

  • Lifetime Product Upgrade is only for products purchased from Rare Bond via their Website/Office.
  • This is the only available upgrade option.
  • No buyback or exchange is permitted.
  • Upgrades are strictly goods-for-goods; no cash, credit, or other forms of payment will be accepted.
  • Customers can upgrade their product once based on the original sale/invoice.
  • The new product chosen for the upgrade must be valued at least 20% more than the original invoice value.
  • Upgrades are applicable to both catalogue and customized orders.
  • Any additional costs associated with the upgrade will be communicated by our team during the customer inquiry process.

5) LIMETIME MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

    We are pleased to offer a comprehensive maintenance and repair service for our products. Please review the following terms:
  • Services Offered: We provide a range of maintenance and repair services for all products.
  • Chargeable Services: All maintenance and repair services will incur charges.
  • Minor Repairs: For minor repairs, we may waive labour charges, at our discretion.
  • Approval and Payment: All repair and maintenance charges will be communicated to the client. Work will commence only after client approval and payment.
  • Condition of Product: This policy applies only if the product has not been altered or repaired by another jeweller or repair person.
  • Original Condition Requirement: The product must be in its original condition, with no missing parts.
  • Policy Variability: This policy is extensive and may change based on the specific product, request, or situation. Any additional costs will be communicated at the time of the customer inquiry.

6) COMPLIMENTARY JEWELLERY INSURANCE

  • Rare Bond is excited to offer complimentary jewellery insurance on all our products to our valued customers. This initiative aims to provide peace of mind and protection for your precious items.
  • This Business-To-Customer (B2C) insurance is designed specifically for our customers.
  • Partnership with a Third-Party Provider: We will collaborate with a reputable jewellery insurance provider to facilitate this service.
  • Process for account setup: Upon finalizing our partnership, Rare Bond will receive a login ID to access the insurance provider's website.
  • Customer Information Submission- Customers will provide essential details to Rare Bond. Our team will manually input this information into the system.
  • Insurance Certificate Delivery- Customers will receive their insurance certificate directly via WhatsApp and email from the insurance provider. A printed version of the certificate will be included with the original product invoice from Rare Bond.
  • Liability Disclaimer- Rare Bond is not liable for any claims. Customers must contact the Claims Settlement Team directly, as detailed on the insurance certificate.
